To make things more easier, certainly with a lot of connections, you could specify a default username and optionally a password.
To do this, goto the connection menu and choose the 'Default Database User' menu.


Normally the password will be saved in an encrypted form.
However, you do not need to specify a password. When DbaBar detects no password is saved in a file it will ask you for one at connect time. Otherwise it will be encrypted and saved in a file.
